Is there a WARRANTY or guarantee on the products?

All Ajna Drums have a limited lifetime warranty. We 100% stand behind our products so if there is anything wrong, send it back to us within 14 days of the shipping date and we'll make it right!!

What is the timeframe for handling and SHIPPING?

We ship all in stock products within 12 business hours, often within the same business day. We ship via Fed Ex unless otherwise specified and we do ship internationally. All items are throughly inspected and securely packaged before they leave our door to ensure your satisfaction!!

I would like to RETURN a product, what do we do from here?

We do accept returns for any items within 14 days of shipping the product out. Just mail us the item back and it will take up to 5 business days to get the return processed. We will reinburse for return shipping only if the wrong product was shipped out.
